In order to pay by credit card, you must follow these specific instructions. Please write an email to sales@dagan.com with all of the following information: name, billing address for the credit card, shipping address for the products being ordered, part numbers and quantities of the products being ordered, the name that appears on the credit card, and a telephone number at which you can be contacted during business hours. Someone will then call you in order to get the credit card number, expiration date, and 3-digit verification code. Please do not call the regular Dagan telephone number to place a credit card order. Returns All returns in the first 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking charge (minimum $50.00) as well as the billed shipping/insurance/handling charges. The customer pays return shipping. After 30 days, returns are not allowed without prior negotiation. All returned products are subject to inspection and approval prior to issuing credit or replacement. Products must be in original manufacturer’s packaging and include all instructions, manuals, and inserts. Products not in new, sale-ready condition will be returned to the customer or assessed a refurbishment fee. There are no returns or cancellations on custom orders Cancellations Items built to customer’s specific specifications may not be cancelled. Foreign Sales Representatives and Japan: Orders from anywhere in the world may be placed directly with Dagan Corporation to be shipped to anywhere (except Japan). If you prefer to order through a specific foreign sales representative, have them contact our sales department. If you need the names of representatives in your area, contact us. During this period, Dagan Corporation will service your instrument at no charge. A phone call to us can usually provide enough data to confirm the problem. We will then immediately ship to you any replacement parts, or if you prefer that we perform the service, return the instrument to us and we guarantee it will be repaired and shipped back to you. Please call our customer service department if you have a problem or need an option added to your machine. We will issue you a return authorization number to expedite your repair. Do not return goods until instructions have been received
