What the LM-12 Interface does!

As supplied by Scientific Solutions, the Labmaster 125 KHz A/D conversion, With Direct Memory Access (DMA) consists of two boards: a Motherboard and a remote Daughterboard. The Motherboard plugs into the 286, 386 or 486 (AT Buss) PC, and the Daughterboard (containing the A/D converter) is connected via a 2Meter long, 50 conductor ribbon cable. No Interface box is supplied, and connections are made via three different ribbon cable connectors, for A/D input, D/A output and digital I/O.
In order to make the board usable in the laboratory, an Interface box must be constructed which allows easy connection to be made to the interface. This is best done using BNC connectors as implemented in the DAGAN LM-12 Interface (ie; Break out box I/O).

The LM-12 is uncluttered and easy to use!

Although the LM-12/Labmaster Interface has many inputs and outputs, only the ones commonly used are on the front panel, and the remainder are available on the Labmaster board. This makes for a small and unintimidating front panel

The LM-12 is available with or without Labmaster Boards!

You may purchase just the LM-12 and combine it with a Labmaster board set that you already have, or you may purchase the LM-12 with a Labmaster board set from DAGAN Corporation.
