Differential Extracellular Amplifiers (CORNERSTONE Series)

The EX4-400 and EX1 Amplifiers are ideal for all non-human applications which require single or multiple channel AC or DC amplification with High and Low frequency filtering. With the optional differential headstage, the EX4-400 and EX1 are perfect single or multi-channel extracellular amplifier systems with gains of 10 to 20,000.

The 4001 or 4002 Headstages come with BNC connector or 1mm (0.04") Tip Jacks

Options:

4001 Differential Headstage: Gain of 10, with Capacitance Neutralization (normally used with glass electrodes)

4002 Differential Headstage: Gain of 10 (normally used with metal electrodes)

Integrator (True RMS): Back panel BNC provides true RMS output of amplified signal.

Sample & Hold: TTL activated Sample & Hold via back panel BNC to reduce artifacts.

Auto Zero Offset: Tracking Integrator control located on back panel See Description

Line Notch Filter: Filters line frequency noise from output signal (specify 50 or 60 Hz).

Relay Probe: BNC and switch in small box (on probe cable), with break-away relay, for use in staining.
